UGC-Aligned Refund Percentage & Timelines
SDMM OrderIn the event of cancellation of admission before or after the commencement of the academic session, refund of fees will be processed strictly in accordance with the UGC Notification on Refund of Fees:

| Less than 15 days before formally notified last date of admission | 90% | 10% aggregate deduction |
| 15 days or less after formally notified last date of admission | 80% | 20% aggregate deduction |
| 30 days or less, but more than 15 days after last date of admission | 50% | 50% aggregate deduction |
| More than 30 days after formally notified last date of admission | 0% | No refund admissible |
Refund Application Procedure & Contacts
How to Apply:
- Submit a written cancellation application along with original fee receipt.
- Provide active bank account details (Account Name, Account Number, IFSC).
- Refund will be credited via direct NEFT / RTGS within 15 working days.

Appellate Escalation: In case of unresolved refund queries, students may appeal to the Principal or the Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC).
